With a strong background in Human Resources from the City of Fountain Valley, Julissa has honed her skills in handling sensitive information with discretion and care. Her experience managing a variety of files and maintaining confidentiality has equipped her with a unique ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
In addition to her intake responsibilities, Julissa plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the firm. She handles essential tasks such as managing mail and coordinating the collection of medical and billing records. Julissa has teamed up with our Paralegals to ensure that our clients’ cases continue to progress smoothly.
